Synopsis of the Movie:
The movie chronicles the lives of two families that reside in the same Chennai neighborhood. Despite living next door, the families are extremely different from one another. First, there is the well-to-do and affluent family. The mother, Lakshmi, stays at home while her father, Murugan, is a prosperous businessman. Karthik is the name of their son, while Priya is the name of their daughter. The second family is a struggling, impoverished household. Amutha, the mother, is a housewife, and Selvam, the father, drives a cab.
Gokul is their only child, a son. While playing in the neighborhood one day, Karthik and Gokul come across a bag full of gold coins. A million rupees is the value of the coins.
In addition to being thrilled with their discovery, the lads feel afraid. Regarding the coins, they had no idea what to do.
The boys make the decision to hide the monies from their parents. They believe that their parents will take the coins away if they find out. Although they are cautious not to spend too much at once, the guys begin to squander the coins.
The guys’ excessive spending begins to pose issues. The boys’ apparent theft of their belongings begins to worry the first household. The boys’ getting into trouble starts to alarm the second family.
Eventually, the parents of the boys learn about the coins. The boys’ parents are upset with them because they kept the coins hidden. Concerns on the outcome of using the currencies are also present.
The parents make the choice to give the coins back to their original owner. They locate the owner, Rajendran, a prosperous businessman. Thank you for returning the coins, Rajendran. He gives the guys a new automobile and a house as a prize.
