PLOT
With the help of ACP Ramachandran, a notorious mobster named Radha and his guys plot a robbery at “Your Bank,” one of the largest privately held banks in Chennai. On May 21, they want to rob ₹500 crores, which happens to be the Governor’s birthday celebration at his home. When Radha and his men go to take over the bank on the day of the robbery, they find that it has already been taken over by an enigmatic figure going by the moniker Michael Jackson and his accomplice, Kanmani. Once inside the bank, the commandos are routed. Later, Jackson offers Radha a part of the money in exchange for helping him rob ₹5000 crores, a deal that Radha and his men grudgingly accept. They attempt to kill Jackson after Radha discovers that the bank locker only holds ₹1,510 crores, but they are defeated.
Ramachandran becomes enraged when Jackson insists that Antony, also known as Anto, a police constable, serve as the negotiator. He impersonates Michael Jackson with a voice changer, leading the public and media to believe he is the real deal. When Ramachandran tries to kill Jackson with a sniper, Jackson uses a device to cause an explosion in a car that is parked close to the bank. After information about the incidents was leaked to the public, Dayalan, the city commissioner, was called in to address the problem. Jackson discovers explosives inside the bank when checking it out. The explosives are posed as fire extinguishers, and Jackson surmises that a third crew has also entered the bank without his knowledge. When the cops find the van that Kanmani is using to lead Jackson, Kanmani destroys the vehicle and makes off.

Ramachandran acknowledges that he organized the crime with his childhood friend Shyam, the head of Your Bank’s Tamil Nadu branch. Jackson (also known as “Dark Devil”) was approached by Ramachandran to be hired, but he declined. Later, Ramachandran assigned Radha’s group to the task without telling them that they would be executed following the theft. After discovering Ramachandran’s confession through bugs placed on Dayalan’s base, Radha and his group join and aid Dark Devil. When the police find out about Shyam’s involvement, he runs away, but Kanmani captures him. Dayalan starts looking for Valavan after learning that he was the one who wired and planted explosives in the drainage. In addition, he finds out that Dark Devil and his group passed away a few months prior. Ramachandran detonates a fake bomb in an attempt to show that the Dark Devil is real, but he is killed when the device turns out to be genuine and explodes because the wire within it broke.
Kanmani informs Dark Devil that the bank has ₹25,000 crores in cash on hand. Dayalan is instructed by Dark Devil to set up a meeting between him and Krish, the chairman of Your Bank. As Dark Devil surmised, the third team—who turned out to be a few employees of the bank—attacked Radha and his group inside the locker before attacking and kidnapping Dark Devil. When Krish shows up, he admits that he recruited the third team and gives them the order to blow up the bank’s chest with explosives while holding hostages inside. In addition, Dark Devil admits that Krish made him confess who he was and that he shared a happy, family-like existence with his friends. Following their successful theft in Bangkok, Jijo and Achara, members of Dark Devil, intended to tie the knot. They all went to Araku Valley to plan their marriage and celebrate, but Krish and Shyam’s assailants assaulted them since they thought they would tell anybody about their theft scheme.
While Dark Devil and Kanmani were able to flee, Jijo and Achara were slain, and the murderers staged their deaths in order to keep their genuine money. When the two arrived at the home of an elderly couple, they took care of their wounds and told them about his son Kavin, an honest bank employee who want to give the money back to the mutual fund investors. But Krish assassinated Kavin, making it appear as though a mob killed him during a strike. After learning of this, Dark Devil and Kanmani made the decision to prosecute Krish and the bank employees. Following the disclosure, Dark Devil vanquishes Krish and his group. where he coerces him to go live in order to expose his financial scheme involving the ₹25,000 crore invested in mutual funds and the crimes bank employees committed against people. Before being killed by Kanmani’s phone call, Shyam—who had been forced to wear an explosives vest—reveals all about the heist and Krish’s role in it to Dayalan.
In addition, Dark Devil brings Sunil Dutta, who was kidnapped from Mauritius by Dark Devil’s men and was also involved in data theft from the Indian Stock Exchange’s NSE backup server, and mutual funds chairman Harsha, who was kidnapped by Kanmani at gunpoint. Sunil acknowledges having invested in ten of Krish’s businesses and says the ₹25,000 crore is in the bank’s hidden safe. Krish fabricates a story about Dark Devil and his group being terrorists and ends the live broadcast with the assistance of a media mole. Rajesh informs Dayalan that everyone in the bank—aside from Krish—will perish before commandos show up and take leadership of the situation. Dayalan is then suspended. Within the bank,With Radha’s and his men’s assistance, Dark Devil opens the hidden locker only to discover that the currency inside is fake. After locking Krish, Sunil, and Harsha in the hidden locker, Dark Devil lets Krish know that the money is hidden in 25 of his ship’s 1500 containers. Krish then secretly films this revelation on camera. The bank was badly damaged when the commandos opened fire.
An explosive kills Krish, Sunil, and Harsha in the hidden locker. When Kanmani shows up in a fire truck full of RDX, he threatens to blow them up, so the commandos have to stop firing until the captives are freed. Wearing masks, she and Dark Devil escape with the aid of the general populace, making their way to a boat with plans to flee by sea, while Radha and his group also manage to escape in the subsequent commotion. Following a chase, Dark Devil, Kanmani, and the other members of their group use an M2 Browning to shoot the commandos and coast guards. They are shot, though, and fall into the water. Dayalan’s ban is later lifted once the media releases the covertly recorded video that Dark Devil had taken. As all of this is going on, Dark Devil and Kanmani stage their deaths, escape on sea scooters, and land their boat in foreign waters. After boarding a helicopter to reach the ship, Dayalan and his group discover the ₹25,000 crore.
